Services and information inquiries handling fees:

Up to 3 different sources – options of requested(inquired) information – 2000isk.

Example of handling service inquiry order:

Service inquiry – “Please find us cheapest carpenter options to replace old bathtub as soon as possible.”

Our possible answer would provide you with 3 different options of carpentry companies (companies names, phone numbers, email addresses, prices and time availability) and our price of contractors we work with (if available) who could do job as soon as possible with best prices in the market.

Verk1 ehf. – 23.000isk.

Verk2 ehf. – 25.000isk.

Verk3 ehf. – 30.000isk.

Our company contractor – 20.000isk.

Our fee for finding and providing this information (including all detailed information) costs 2000isk.

Let’s say you decide to use company Verk2 ehf. for your bathtub replacement.

You will have to contact company and pay them 25.000isk for work that needed to be done after they finish it.

In total you pay 27.000isk – 25.000isk to Verk2 ehf. and 2000isk for our company.

 

Items inquiries handling fees:

Up to 3 options of requested item with all information (price, delivery, etc.):

2000isk + 5% of item value (for items that original item price is up to 100,000isk).

2000isk + 4% of item value (for items that original item price is more then 100,000isk).

 

Example of handling service inquiry order:

Item inquiry: “Please find me the cheapest possible Laptop computer with minimum of 32gb RAM that is new and unused. I don’t care how long it will take to import it.”

Our possible answer would provide you with 3 different options of laptop computers (full information will include laptop computer specifications, price and delivery time).

 

Computer 1 – 88.666isk

Computer 2 – 102.000isk

Computer 3 – 121.040isk

 

Let’s say you decide to buy “Computer 1” for 88.666isk with the shipping to your home doors.

This price of 88.666isk includes computer price, shipping price to Iceland (if applicable), customs import fees (if applicable), our company fees.

You decided that you want computer to be delivered to you, what costs you 2000isk extra that will be displayed during checkout (there is an option to pick up item yourself for free).

In total you pay 88.666isk:

80.578isk – computer price with shipping to Iceland and customs fees.

6.079isk – our company fee (2000isk+0,5%).

2.000isk – shipping to your home fee.

 

Express services pricing

Regular deliveries or services

Transporting and delivering goods of maximum size that is 160x100x100 cm and weights no more than 35kg – starts at 5000isk.

Bigger or heavier items transportation and delivery prices will be calculated individually after inquiry is made.

Simple services that take ~1 hour to complete – starts at 5000isk. For example – groceries shopping and delivery.

Pricing of services that takes longer time to complete will be calculated individually after inquiry is made.

 

Some non-common inquiries are a subject for the individual pricing that will be given to the customer after evaluating the inquiry fulfilment.

Examples of non-common inquiries:

• Subscription of services on weekly/monthly basis.
• Choosing our company as a requested services provider.
• Extra insurance on items delivery.
• Long term projects fulfilments.
• Staff hiring services.
• Very difficult – time consuming inquiries.
• Etc.
