Delivery services

Non physical goods delivery

All documents which include information services or other non physical material are a subject to be delivered through the website or email.

There is no extra charge for these type of deliveries.

All documents will be delivered in .pdf format, unless requested differently.

Every purchased document will be sent to your account after confirmed payment and can be downloaded from our website unlimited times only by the customer who purchased it.

All information sent to customer is confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

You can find “Downloads” section after logging into your account.

1. To log in, press “My account” button on the top of the screen.

2. After log in, you will see menu on the left side where you have to press “Downloads” to get into your available downloads section.

3. Press on your file to start downloading and save it to your computer or phone.

Physical goods - items delivery

All items purchased through Leit Leið ehf. have 2 delivery options :

1. Free item pick up.

If the buyer chooses this option during the checkout, they are obliged to pick up purchased item from the location specified by Leit Leið ehf. after the purchase.

The locations vary, but they are always in capital area (Reykjavik or around Reykjavik).

The location and available pick up times will be specified personally for every customer.

2. Delivery to your address.

If the buyer chooses this option during the checkout, we will deliver the purchased item to the address of your choice.

Every customer will be contacted about the best delivery time that suits them mostly.

The delivery price may be different and is decided by item weight, length, delivery time and recipient location. Delivery price will be present during the checkout.

Express service delivery

Express service deliveries works same as normal deliveries except that they are done same day, on time that was requested by customer.

Express service can be done only in capital area of Reykjavik.

Example 1: Customer asks that they need us to do their groceries (list of groceries is provided by customer) as fast as possible and get them delivered to specific location in Kopavogur.

Our employee will do the groceries shopping and deliver them as fast as possible to requested location.

Example 2: Customer asks to find a plumber as soon as possible because they have a leaking pipe at home.

We will call all plumbing companies in Reykjavik area to find a plumber that is available to do fixing at this exact moment.

After finding a plumber we will contact customer back with an price offer of plumbing services and after the agreement is made, we will pick up plumber and drive him/her to customer house.
